The services are designed to promote relaxation, mental strength, and personal development.
Where indicated, psychotherapeutic services are also provided based on authorization under the German Heilpraktikergesetz (Alternative Practitioners Act) (Alternative Practitioner for Psychotherapy).
3. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded upon booking via the website, by email, or through a booking system.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in euros.
Payment is due in advance or according to the payment plans offered.
5. Pricing Plans and Packages
Pricing plans (e.g., Essential, Flow) and packages must be used within the specified term.
Automatic renewal occurs only if this is expressly stated.
6. Appointments and Cancellation
The provisions of the Refund Policy apply to appointments, courses, and programs.
Booked services are binding.

8. Training and Continuing Education
Participation in training programs is at the participant’s own risk.
A certificate is awarded only upon full participation and fulfillment of all requirements.
There is no automatic entitlement to certification.

Psychotherapeutic services are provided within the scope of the Heilpraktiker license for psychotherapy.
No billing is performed with statutory health insurance providers.
Any potential reimbursement by private insurance must be clarified by the client themselves.
No guarantee of success is provided.
10. Liability
Participation in all services is at the client’s own risk.
No liability is assumed for any health-related, psychological, or other consequences, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Distinction from Medical Services
The services offered do not replace medical or specialist treatment.
In the event of health complaints, it is recommended to seek additional medical advice.

13. Final Provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
The place of jurisdiction is—to the extent permitted by law—the provider’s registered office.
