Refund Policy

Legal Notice

This policy applies to all offerings from Sophro.me / choreoSophro, including online programs, live classes, one-on-one sessions, pricing plans, and training courses.

1. Individual Appointments (One-on-One Sessions)

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time.

For cancellations made later than this or no-shows, the full amount will be charged.

 

2. Online and Live Courses

No refunds are available once a course has begun.

Cancellations are possible up to 7 days before the course starts. In this case, the amount will be refunded minus a 20% processing fee.

 

3. Packages and Pricing Plans (e.g., Essential, Flow, etc.)

Booked packages and subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

Unused services expire at the end of their respective validity periods.

 

4. Digital Content and Online Programs

Once a digital offering (e.g., online course, training material) has been activated, there is no entitlement to a refund.

5. Training Programs

Registration for training is binding.

For cancellations up to 30 days before the start date, a 25% processing fee will be charged.

For cancellations made later than this, the full amount is due unless a replacement participant is provided.

 

6. Late Arrival

Late arrival by the participant does not entitle the participant to an extension of the program or a price reduction.

 

7. Exceptions

In special cases (e.g., illness with proof), an individual solution may be offered, though there is no entitlement to such a solution.
