Group sessions from Wednesday 19 September 11am to 12 am for five weeks until 17 October every Wednesday. Focus, stress relief and confidence are all wrapped up in this series of old and new techniques of dynamic relaxation, to enjoy while learning and practising in the here and now. Small groups ,only. The techniques will involve dynamic relaxation to activate our senses, specific breathing techniques to calm the nervous system down and oxygenate the brain, training of memory in the sophrological state.

Wednesdays 24, 31 January, 7, 14, 21 February, 10 to 11am. 

 

Learn the techniques that can be used at home or at work, to relax, renew energy, focus, and have a "me-time" which will benefit you for the rest of your week. Learnt standing or sitting, there is no mat, no massage or candles. Breathing techniques, listening to the body in (small) movement, positive visualizations are all tools that inhabit us, what counts is using them for a better wellbeing. 

November December 2017 group classes:

This 5 week course develops general body awareness while also livening up the 5 senses, preparing you for a fuller, life balancing experience.

Dynamic Relaxation is mainly based on yoga breathing and movements but without the sometimes difficult or tricky postures.

A small amount of meditation practise also takes place.

It is mainly practised standing or sitting. No need to be fit, the exercises are adjusted according to mobility.

It does what it says: For a calming yet energising me time, this is the session you need.
